I. Agreement Related Explanation

As long as you use the Mosup platform, this agreement will have binding effect on you. At that time, you should not claim that this agreement is invalid or request to revoke this agreement on the grounds that you have not read the content of this agreement or have not obtained Mosup's answer to your inquiry.
- •3. You agree: The terms of this agreement are contracts for handling the rights and obligations of both parties, always effective, except where laws have mandatory provisions or both parties have special agreements.
- •4. You promise to accept and abide by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you should immediately stop the registration process or stop using Mosup platform services.
- •5. Mosup has the right to formulate and modify this agreement and/or various types of rules from time to time according to needs, and display them on the Mosup platform, without另行单独通知用户. The changed agreement and rules will take effect immediately after the website display period expires. III. Registration
Registration Eligibility

Registration Materials
- •1. You ensure that the registration materials provided to Mosup are true, accurate, complete, legal and valid. If there are changes in registration materials, you must timely update the registration materials. If the registration materials you provide are illegal, untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, you must bear the corresponding responsibility and consequences caused thereby, and Mosup reserves the right to terminate your use of various Mosup services.
- •2. When you browse, order and shop on this platform, the real name/name, communication address, contact phone, email and other privacy information involved, this platform will keep strictly confidential, unless authorized by you or otherwise provided by law, this platform will not disclose your privacy information to the outside.
- •3. After you successfully register, the enterprise name filled in during registration will become your username, which you cannot modify yourself, and the password can be modified according to the site regulations.

- •7. You agree: Not to lend the account obtained by registration on this site to others for use, otherwise you will bear all responsibilities caused thereby, and bear joint liability with the actual user.
- •8. You agree: Mosup has the right to use your registration information, username, password and other information to log into your registered account for evidence preservation, including but not limited to notarization, witnessing, etc.
IV. User Specifications
Through the Mosup platform, the content of information you publish must strictly comply with the following prohibitions:
- •Prohibit publishing information materials or remarks that damage the country, nation, social public interests and involve national security;
- •Prohibit using this site to engage in money laundering, stealing trade secrets, stealing user information and other illegal and criminal activities;
- •Prohibit interfering with the normal operation of this site, and must not intrude into this site's information system;

If all consequences caused by illegal, untrue, inaccurate, incomplete materials provided by you are borne by yourself, and Mosup reserves the right to terminate your use of various Mosup platform services.
- •2. The order information generated by the system is data automatically generated by the computer information system according to the content you filled in, and is only the contract offer you send to the platform; when the platform receives your order information and actually sends the goods in the order to you from the warehouse, it is deemed that you and the platform have established a contract relationship for the actually sent goods; if one order orders multiple goods and the platform only sends you some goods, you and the platform only establish a contract relationship for the goods actually sent to you.
- •3. You understand and agree: The goods, prices, quantities, availability and other goods information on this platform may change at any time, and this site does not give special notice.
- •4. You understand and agree: Due to internet technology reasons, the webpage display information may have certain lag or errors. You accept that after this platform discovers webpage errors and formally sends you a notice, it adjusts the goods information, and the order is executed according to the correct information, or the order is cancelled.

After-sales:
- •For accessories purchased on the Mosup platform, Mosup promises that return and exchange can be initiated during the accessory warranty period. Please refer to the return and exchange rules published by the platform for specific return and exchange rules.
VI. Agreement Termination
Agreement Termination Situations:
- •When the main content in the registration information is untrue, inaccurate, not timely or incomplete.
- •When this agreement (including rules) changes, you explicitly notify Mosup that you are unwilling to accept the new service agreement;
- •You actively request Mosup to cancel your account, and after Mosup's review and approval, Mosup cancels (permanently freezes) your account.
Related Matters After Agreement Termination:
- •After your account is cancelled (permanently frozen), Mosup has no obligation to retain or disclose any information in your account to you, and has no obligation to forward any information you have not read or sent to you or third parties.
- •Mosup has the right to continue to save your registration information and all transaction information during your use of Mosup platform services.
- •If you have illegal behaviors or behaviors that violate this agreement and/or rules during your use of Mosup platform services, Mosup can still claim rights from you according to this agreement.
VII. Intellectual Property
- •1. Once the user accepts this agreement, it indicates that the user actively transfers to the platform all the property rights and any transferable rights of any form of information content published on this platform at any time (including but not limited to customer reviews, customer inquiries, various topic articles and other information content), such as copyright property rights (including but not limited to: reproduction right, distribution right, rental right, exhibition right, performance right, screening right, broadcasting right, information network dissemination right, filming right, adaptation right, translation right, compilation right and other transferable rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner), exclusively and irrevocably. You agree that the platform has the right to separately file a lawsuit for any subject's infringement.
- •2. This agreement has already constituted the written agreement for the transfer of copyright property rights and other rights stipulated in Article 25 of the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws, and its validity applies to any work content protected by copyright law published by users on the platform, regardless of whether such content was formed before or after the establishment of this agreement.
- •3. Except where laws have mandatory provisions, without explicit special written permission from the platform, no unit or individual may illegally copy, reprint, quote, link, grab or use the information content of this platform in any way in whole or in part, otherwise, Mosup has the right to pursue its legal responsibility.
VIII. Disclaimer
Mosup has the obligation to ensure the normal operation of the Mosup platform, try to avoid service interruption or limit the interruption time to the shortest time, and ensure the smooth progress of your trading activities on the platform. But for the following situations, Mosup does not need to bear any responsibility:
- •You tell the account password to others or share the registered account with others, resulting in the leakage of any materials.
- •Force majeure such as hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, government management, etc. causes the platform to crash or be unable to use normally, resulting in transaction failure or information, record loss.
- •You provide wrong, incomplete, untrue information to this platform, causing inability to normally use this platform service or suffering any other losses.
IX. Legal Application, Jurisdiction and Others
Others
- •The validity, interpretation, change, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement all apply to the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. If there are no relevant laws, they should refer to general international commercial practices and/or industry practices.
- •This agreement contains the general specifications you need to comply with when using the platform. When using the platform, you also need to comply with the special specifications applicable to that platform. If the general specifications are inconsistent or conflict with the special specifications, the special specifications have priority.
- •If you have any objections to this agreement or its execution content, both parties should try to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree that the court where the platform is registered (Panyu District, Guangzhou) is the first-instance jurisdiction court.
